- Q. Can we purchase a lot outright?
A. No.
- Q. Can we purchase a lot and then wait to build?
A. No. The sales agreement will require the commencement of a home within 12 months from the purchase of the lot.
- Q. Can I design/build my own house?
A. No.
- Q. Who is the builder?
A. All homes will be built by Vernon Park, LLC.
- Q. How long will it take to build a house?
A. Approximately six months (pending weather conditions).
- Q. When will the lots be available for reservation?
A. Tentatively scheduled for fall of 2006.
- Q. What are the sizes of the lots?
A. They range from approximately 70 ft. wide by 145 ft. deep to over 100 ft. wide (see site plan).
- Q. What is the minimum/maximum size of the homes?
A. 1500 sq. ft. to 3500 sq. ft.
- Q. What is the starting price of the homes?
A. $245,000 (including the lot).
- Q. What factors determine the price of the homes?
A. The lot/land, the size of the home, and the quality of the materials/construction.
- Q. When will the infrastructure and roads be completed?
A. Late spring to early summer of 2006 (pending permit approvals).
- Q. Is it necessary to be pre-approved by a lending institution before reserving a lot?
A. Yes.
- Q. Is there currently a list of interested buyers?
A. Yes, the response to this development has been outstanding.
