Robert James Howey, member of the developing team, is the founder and president of RJH Incorporated Architects. This company was established in 1989 and is currently located at 2945 Riverside Dr., Trenton, Michigan. Robert is a licensed architect and builder. He has over 20 years of experience in both residential and commercial projects. Robert is a member of the American Institute of Architects, Michigan Society of Architects, AIA Building Codes and Regulation Committee, and the International Code Council. He is also currently the Chairman of the Trenton Downtown Development Authority.

Robert has been designing and building quality custom homes in the downriver area for over 10 years. He is committed to providing homes that are designed and built with the highest quality standards. He takes pride in his work offering designs that are exceptional with layouts that are efficient and functional.

John Kenneth Howey, another member of the development team, is a licensed attorney and certified public accountant. He is the president of C.O Management Company and South Shore Electrical Contractors. He provides legal and accounting services including sales/purchase agreements. John is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, and the Michigan Bar Association.

Charles O. Howey is also a member of the development team. He is the founder and former president of Howey and Associates Insurance and is the current owner of C. O. Management Company. Charles “Chuck” has been a local business owner for over 50 years. His expertise includes real estate, property management and development.
